Santosh Agro Marketing is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead FMCG product distribution in Garhi. We seek a target-oriented professional capable of managing an entire state and appointing new Super Stockists.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Independent management of sales operations for one entire state at a time
Appointing and managing new Super Stockists (SS) and Distributors to expand market reach
Supervising and leading Sales Officers (SO) and Sales Representatives (SR) under your command
Implementing new marketing schemes and strategies effectively without extra company load
Monitoring market potential and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets within timelines
Requirements:
Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience in FMCG product sales
At least 5-7 years of specific experience serving as an Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Deep geographical and market knowledge of the chosen operating state
Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve strict sales targets
Strong marketing strategy skills and experience in distributor network expansion
