Benovymed Healthcare is looking for an exceptional CFO and passionate leader to drive fundraising and financial strategy for our global AI HealthTech startup. This is a high-growth opportunity for a hands-on doer with a startup entrepreneur mindset to join our Global HQ in Delhi NCR.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead serial fundraising from Seed to Series E within tight timelines of 30 to 60 days
Develop high-quality Investor Pitch Decks and realistic financial models for sustainable growth
Manage Cap Tables, Company Valuations, and negotiate favorable Term Sheets with VC investors
Oversee daily company accounts, P&L management, auditing, and employee salary development
Ensure financial engineering and regulatory compliance in line with global investor requirements
Requirements:
B.Com qualification with CA or CFA from a reputed institute is mandatory
5 to 15 years of experience working with early-stage technology startups
Proven track record in fundraising of 50-100 MUSD preferably in HealthTech or E-commerce
Expertise in financial engineering, accounts management, and investor relations
Startup growth mindset with the ability to handle multi-hat roles under pressure
