• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Finance or Controlling roles.
• Strong full-cycle ownership mindset with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
• Proven exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in fact-based executive reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Business-fluent English skills.
