Executive Business Service - Branch Operations

India Shelter Finance Corporation is seeking a dedicated Executive Business Service professional for our Branch Operations. This role is crucial for supporting the sales team through seamless login validation and managing the loan disbursement process.

• Support the sales team in seamless login validation and handling the end-to-end loan disbursement process
• Perform thorough validation and verification of home loan documents to ensure compliance
• Conduct regular file checking and auditing to maintain high operational standards
• Coordinate with branch teams to resolve any documentation bottlenecks
• Redefine possibilities by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations

• Minimum 6 months of experience in branch operations, finance, or a related field
• Educational background: Graduation, preferably B. Com degree
• Proficiency in reading and writing both English and the native regional language
• Basic understanding of loan documentation and auditing processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment
