Officer - Data Mining & Surveillance

CDSL is looking for an Officer in Data Mining for their Hyderabad office. This role involves working on surveillance functions, regulatory compliance, and monitoring foreign investments for listed companies in a depository environment.

• Study and analyze regulatory circulars and official orders from various financial regulators.
• Execute necessary actions based on advisory notices and regulatory orders received.
• Monitor and manage Data Mining related to Foreign Investment in listed Indian companies.
• Handle depository operations and ensure alignment with surveillance protocols.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in surveillance functions.
• Prior experience in Stock Exchanges or Brokerage Houses is highly preferred.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance and depository operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts if required.
• Age limit: Maximum 30 years.
