Infogird Informatics is looking for a proactive Compliance Executive to manage statutory filings and legal adherence. This role is central to our financial and HR integrity, ensuring all corporate governance standards are met with precision.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with finance, HR, and corporate governance laws.
Prepare and file statutory documents, including tax and labor law submissions.
Assist in developing and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and reports.
Identify potential regulatory risks and suggest effective mitigation strategies.
Maintain organized records of all correspondence with regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven background in statutory compliance, accounting, or HR management.
Deep understanding of Indian statutory regulations and filing requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and specialized compliance management tools.
High level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
