Sadup Softech is seeking a Consultant Expert in SAP REFX to oversee implementation and data migration from NAKISA. You will optimize real estate portfolio management and ensure full IFRS 16 compliance for lease contracts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise the SAP Implementation Partner during the REFX module rollout.
Manage seamless migration of lease contract data from NAKISA to SAP REFX.
Optimize lease-in (IFRS 16) and lease-out (sublease) business processes.
Automate contract approvals, renewals, early terminations, and notifications.
Integrate lease deduction mechanisms with employee salary processing for internal leasing.
Define project milestones and establish KPIs to measure project success.
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of core experience in SAP REFX implementation and design.
Strong expertise in IFRS 16 compliance for lease management.
Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically from NAKISA.
In-depth knowledge of integration between SAP REFX and SAP Finance.
Ability to provide strategic guidance on project planning and initiation.
