Hindustan Wellness is seeking a qualified Consultant Microbiologist (MD) to lead clinical testing and quality operations at our Gurgaon facility. This role is ideal for medical professionals looking to excel in diagnostic excellence and NABL-compliant laboratory management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Overseeing clinical Microbiology testing, reporting, and culture & sensitivity analysis.
Managing Antibiogram profiles and ensuring technical accuracy in diagnostic results.
Implementing and monitoring Quality Control protocols including IQC and EQAS.
Handling NABL documentation and providing critical support during lab audits.
Supervising laboratory staff and ensuring strict compliance with healthcare quality standards.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: MD in Microbiology is mandatory.
Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
In-depth knowledge of quality systems, validation, and laboratory compliance standards.
Strong analytical, clinical documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in diagnostics or regulated clinical research environments is preferred.
