Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Taking customer feedback through email and telephone channels.
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts via interactive communication.
Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions within designated time limits.
Following up to ensure full resolution of customer issues.
Maintaining detailed records of all customer complaints and feedback.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers are welcome).
Qualification: BCA or Diploma in IT.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different character types.
Good communication and listening skills.
