Customer Service Executive (US Voice Process)

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional US Voice Process environment.
• Assist patients with healthcare coordination and service-related inquiries.
• Schedule appointments using practice management systems and communicate with physicians.
• Ensure high accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Deliver a superior customer experience in every interaction.

• Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in International Telecalling, BPO, or Customer Service.
• Strong English communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
• Willingness to work permanent Night Shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM).
