Senior Legal Manager for Corporate Risk

Aadi Group is looking for an experienced Legal Professional to join our Group Division in Ahmedabad. This role requires a strategic thinker to manage legal risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide expert advice on contract management and internal policies.

• Identify and mitigate legal risks by advising management on ongoing cases and litigation.
• Liaise with internal departments and government bodies to ensure legal protection.
• Draft, review, and vet corporate contracts, agreements, and internal policies for statutory compliance.
• Liaise with and manage external advocates and lawyers to monitor progress on outstanding matters.
• Interpret complex legal information and advice on the legal implications of company decisions.
• Manage insurance procedures and oversee all statutory compliance requirements.

• Professional degree in Law with 10 to 12 years of core legal experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Property Law, Company Law, Family Law, and Labour Law.
• Expertise in contract management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong experience in liaising with government authorities and legal practitioners.
