Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing voice calls for a US-based telecom process.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain operational standards in line with US business hours.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in International BPO.
Excellent spoken English communication skills.
HSC or Graduate in any stream.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
