Exciting opportunity for BPO professionals to join an International Inbound Voice Process in Vikhroli. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and prior experience in voice operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling international inbound customer queries through voice calls.
Maintaining high-quality service standards (V6 quality).
Ensuring resolution of customer issues within the specified turnaround time.
Working in a night rotational shift environment.
Requirements:
Minimum HSC or Graduate qualification.
1 to 3 years of documented BPO experience in a Voice process.
Excellent English communication skills (V6 quality required).
Maximum age limit is 45 years.
