Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound customer queries via voice calls
Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions
Following standard operating procedures for voice processes
Coordinating with team leads for process improvements
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) and above
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Ability to work in a 5-day rotational shift environment
Quick learner with a positive attitude towards customer service
Comfortable working in a fast-paced voice process setup
