Join our team as a Dental RCM Manager to oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations. We are looking for an experienced leader to drive performance and manage dental billing processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Dental RCM operations including Eligibility, AR, and Denial Management
Lead and mentor a team of RCM executives and team leaders
Monitor daily production, quality, and revenue metrics
Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding AR and reduce aging buckets
Prepare MIS reports and maintain client coordination
Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
5 to 9 years of experience in End-to-End Dental RCM
Minimum 2-3 years in a team handling or managerial role
Strong understanding of US Dental Insurance processes
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in Dental Practice Management Software
