Voyage Trip Planner Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Gujarati Travel Sales Agent to join the growing travel brand Lets Fly Back. This position focuses on serving the Gujarati community across the USA and Canada by managing international flight bookings and customer inquiries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and process USA and Canada to India flight booking requests and inquiries efficiently.
Provide clients with accurate fare quotations, customized itineraries, and comprehensive travel support.
Engage effectively with customers in Gujarati and English to address their requirements.
Convert qualified sales leads into confirmed international travel bookings.
Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
Proven professional experience as an International Travel Sales Agent.
Deep working knowledge and technical proficiency in utilizing the Amadeus GDS system.
Absolute fluency in verbal Gujarati and Hindi, with a functional command of basic English.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills combined with a strong capability in sales conversion.
Solid understanding of international flight booking processes and airline ticketing rules.
