Wedsak Technology is looking for a target-driven Education Counselor in Noida to guide students and professionals toward the right IT training programs. You will play a key role in building careers in fields like Networking, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students on IT certification programs like CCNA, CCNP, and Cloud Computing.
Handle leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with operations for student onboarding.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline with 1–4 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong telecalling and sales closing abilities.
Experience in handling targets and KPIs.
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM tools.
