Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct lectures and tutorials in Business Administration/Management.
Develop and deliver high-quality course curriculum.
Guide students in academic research and project work.
Participate in departmental activities and college events.
Maintain academic standards and record-keeping.
Requirements:
MBA, M.Phil, or Ph.D. in Business Administration or relevant field.
Qualified with NET/SET certification.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (negotiable for qualified candidates).
