Udayan Care is seeking a skilled Mobile Repairing Trainer to provide hands-on instruction in mobile hardware and software repair. You will empower youth by teaching essential technical skills and facilitating their journey toward employment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions on mobile hardware and software repair.
Teach diagnostics, flashing, troubleshooting, and chip-level repairing techniques.
Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain progress reports.
Manage training laboratory equipment and ensure a safe, disciplined learning environment.
Conduct soft-skills sessions to prepare trainees for future employment.
Requirements:
ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Mobile Repairing, or Electrical Engineering.
2–4 years of practical hands-on experience in mobile repairing.
Deep knowledge of smartphone hardware, software diagnostics, and repair tools.
Proficiency in Hindi; English language skills are an added advantage.
Familiarity with skill development programs like PMKVY or DDU-GKY is preferred.
