Udayan Care is hiring a Broadband Technician Trainer to lead practical training programs in FTTH and broadband network operations. You will play a crucial role in equipping youth with the technical skills needed for a successful career in the telecom industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver expert training on FTTH installation, broadband tech, and network troubleshooting.
Lead practical sessions on fiber splicing, cabling, duct laying, and field operations.
Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill mastery.
Facilitate soft-skills and workplace communication workshops for job-readiness.
Maintain training records, attendance, and coordinate field learning activities.
Requirements:
Diploma, ITI, or B.Tech in Electronics, Telecom, or Electrical Engineering.
Proven professional experience in FTTH technologies and broadband operations.
In-depth knowledge of network troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation.
Strong presentation, mentoring, and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in basic computer tools and MS Office suite.
