Skandhanshi Infra Projects is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to join our Hyderabad team. You will be responsible for lead generation, digital promotion coordination, and guiding clients through site visits for our premium properties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate high-quality leads through various marketing channels
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for WhatsApp, SMS, and social media campaigns
Conduct physical and virtual site visits, highlighting property USPs to potential buyers
Maintain detailed MIS reports on lead follow-ups and conversion rates
Handle client objections and provide clarifications on pricing and project details
Requirements:
Any Graduation degree is mandatory
0-2 years of experience in Real Estate marketing or Digital Direct Sales
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong follow-up skills and ability to move leads through the sales funnel
Proficiency in maintaining daily/weekly performance reports (MIS)
