Palium Software is looking for a seasoned Database Administrator with over 3 years of experience to manage complex database systems. Candidates with prior exposure to the Banking domain will have a significant advantage in this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize database performance and reliability
Implement security protocols and backup recovery procedures
Monitor database health and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient data management
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a DBA
In-depth knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS)
Familiarity with banking domain processes and data requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
