Mechanical Production Supervisor (Spindle Repair)

CAPITAL SPINDLES INDIA PVT LTD. is seeking a qualified Junior Production Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations in spindle repair and new spindle manufacturing. This role is ideal for technical professionals looking to manage workshop activities, meet precise production targets, and ensure high-quality standards.

• Supervise day-to-day spindle repair and new spindle manufacturing processes on the workshop floor.
• Allocate work assignments to technicians, track daily production targets, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality checks, operational safety protocols, and general floor housekeeping.
• Coordinate efficiently with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted workflow.
• Support the training, onboarding, and continuous skill development of shop floor workers.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in machining, repair, or manufacturing environments (freshers are also eligible to apply).
• Prior knowledge or exposure to CNC, VMC, grinding, and balancing processes is a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrated communication skills and baseline leadership abilities to manage workers.
