Viba Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for a result-oriented Production Manager to oversee engineering and manufacturing operations at our Jalgaon facility. The role involves managing shop floor processes, supervising the workforce, and ensuring timely production execution of fire protection systems and electrical panels. This is an excellent opportunity for technical leaders with hands-on experience in CNC operations and precision engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage complete shop floor operations and supervise the manufacturing workforce daily.
Plan and execute production schedules for fire protection systems, electrical panels, and EV charger enclosures.
Coordinate sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, welding tables, and CNC bending jobs.
Collaborate with purchase and inventory departments to ensure timely raw material planning.
Optimize machine utilization, process discipline, and overall production efficiency.
Liaise with logistics and dispatch teams to guarantee material readiness as per deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fabrication, precision engineering, or electrical panel manufacturing industries.
Practical knowledge of industrial machines including Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, and VMC systems.
Familiarity with engineering drawings, CNC programming basics, and sheet metal workflows.
Preferred experience with engineering software such as Fanuc, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or Fusion 360.
Strong labour handling, shopfloor management, and independent execution capabilities.
