Health Coach - Metabolic Reversal

ReDiaL Clinic is seeking a dedicated Health Coach to lead metabolic reversal programs. You will work closely with doctors to design evidence-based nutrition and fitness plans that help patients reverse conditions like T2D, PCOS, and obesity.

• Conduct structured patient onboarding and metabolic assessments.
• Design individualized, evidence-based nutrition plans.
• Provide fitness guidance and movement integration.
• Run structured patient reviews every 7–10 days to adjust plans based on data.
• Maintain accurate patient records on the digital platform.

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Exercise Science.
• Mandatory certification in Nutrition (IDA/ACN) or Fitness (ACE/NASM/ACSM).
• 5+ years of clinical or patient-facing health coaching experience.
• Deep understanding of insulin resistance and metabolic disorders.
• Ability to manage 3–6 month long patient programs.
