Ecorgy Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Process Associate to support international healthcare operations in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will manage critical workflows, coordinate with clinicians, and ensure operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage patient charts, orders, and clinician follow-ups.
Monitor missed visit reports and resolve operational concerns.
Drive process improvements and optimize service workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with international stakeholders for timely service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, BCom, or higher).
Minimum 10 years of experience in BPO, healthcare operations, or international processes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong understanding of quality processes and operational workflows.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
