Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile Executive to manage Admin, HR, and Cost Accounting functions within our growing team. This permanent role offers flexible working hours, making it a perfect opportunity for professionals, including women returning from a career break.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning. Oversee HR-related tasks including documentation and employee coordination. Handle cost accounting activities and maintain financial records as per field requirements. Support management in streamlining internal HR and administrative policies. Maintain and organize essential office data and documentation accurately.
Requirements:
M.Com or M.A. degree from a recognized university. Around 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. Candidates with 5 years of relevant experience in Admin/HR/Accounting will also be considered. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
