Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and attract potential talent using various job boards and social media channels. Build and maintain a robust database of prospective candidates for a consistent talent pool. Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and motivations. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly. Support the onboarding process by collecting essential documents and assisting with orientation. Draft, post, and monitor job descriptions across multiple professional platforms. Ensure all recruitment documentation complies with company policies and legal regulations. Act as a point of contact for candidates, communicating company culture and values effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle candidate inquiries. Basic familiarity with modern recruitment tools and sourcing techniques. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
