QA Manager - Pharma & Nutraceuticals Manufacturing

A leading Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical manufacturing unit in Rajkot is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in GMP compliance and regulatory documentation who are looking to lead quality systems in a growth-oriented environment.

• Develop, implement, and manage Quality Assurance systems to ensure products meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Establish quality specifications, SOPs, and parameters across the entire manufacturing process.
• Lead root cause analysis for deviations and implement effective CAPA.
• Manage QA documentation, including batch records, change controls, and internal audits.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.

• 4 to 5 years of core experience in QA within Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Food Manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP standards and regulatory submission processes.
• Proven leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication.
