7 Seas is looking for an Assistant Manager (Technical) to support the MD & CEO in technical and production operations. This role involves deep involvement in project feasibility, product costing, and strategic production analysis within the casting and forging industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support MD & CEO in technical work and prepare product costing and project analyses.
Calculate ROI, payback, and feasibility for new projects and machinery acquisitions.
Analyze production data, machine utilization, downtime, and overall productivity metrics.
Coordinate between Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments to track project progress.
Prepare comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for management.
Requirements:
B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering.
4 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing or the heavy engineering industry.
Strong expertise in Excel reporting, costing analysis, and problem-solving.
Ability to visit the factory in Dhanali when required for technical assessments.
Knowledge of casting or forging processes is highly preferred.
