Linc Property Developers is seeking a Junior or Senior Lawyer to handle legal operations for real estate projects. This role involves comprehensive legal due diligence, title flow management, and direct liaison with government departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform rigorous legal due diligence and verify property title flows.
Liaise with various government departments for project approvals and documentation.
Draft, upload, and manage approvals for RERA, DOS, AOS, and Lease Deeds.
Prepare legal documents including MoU, Power of Attorney (PoA), Joint Ventures (JV), and Leave & License Agreements.
Represent the company in legal matters and provide counsel on real estate regulations.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: LLB or LLM degree.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically in the Real Estate sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software suite.
Expertise in drafting complex legal agreements and handling RERA compliance.
Strong analytical skills for property documentation and legal representation.
