Bharat Road Network Limited (BRNL) is seeking an experienced Legal Associate for its operations in Thrissur. The role focuses on providing strategic counsel in arbitration, NHAI contracts, and representing the organization in various legal proceedings and administrative boards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely legal counsel to executives on arbitration, labour laws, and consumer laws.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court trials and administrative boards.
Coordinate with legal counsels for ongoing litigation and arbitration matters.
Draft substantive pleadings and replies, including applications under Section 11, 17, and 29A.
Solidify agreements and contracts to safeguard the company's legal rights and positions.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: LLB or LLM from a reputed university.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a mid or large-size corporate environment.
Technical Expertise: Prior experience in Legal & Contracts and arbitration specifically in NHAI projects.
Proficiency in computer applications and excellent drafting skills.
In-depth understanding of claims and contract management procedures.
