Manager – Admission and Outreach (IFMR GSB)

Krea University is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee admissions and outreach for IFMR GSB in Hyderabad. This is a senior role focused on streamlining the applicant journey, managing CRM workflows, and coordinating academic recruitment campaigns.

• Manage admission parameters including eligibility criteria, fee structures, and application timelines.
• Test and validate landing pages, CRM workflows, and payment gateway integrations.
• Coordinate with internal IT, Communications, and Accounts teams for seamless admissions execution.
• Handle candidate inquiries and manage communication via email and WhatsApp.
• Supervise document verification, eligibility reporting, and interview scheduling processes.
• Track fee payments, manage refund requests, and prepare comprehensive MIS reports.
• Monitor competitor data regarding fees and placements for strategic reviews.

• Master’s degree or equivalent from a premier educational institution.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in academic operations or admissions.
• Strong expertise in CRM systems and automation tools.
• Excellent organizational and data-driven reporting skills.
• Willingness to attend outreach activities and career fairs.
