Join a leading consultancy team as a Senior Associate or Manager specializing in Performance Testing. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale IT solutions and complex banking projects in Gurugram.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full life cycle of performance testing from NFR gathering to analysis
Create comprehensive business scenarios and workload profiles
Develop and execute Loadrunner scripts and complex testing scenarios
Analyze test results to identify and resolve potential system bottlenecks
Handle database testing and manage defects using tools like Jira and QC
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing
Strong expertise in Loadrunner scripting and scenario creation
Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL and Unix command-level scripting
Experience in Database testing and using Test/Defect Management tools
Knowledge of Oracle EBS (GL/FAH Module) or Banking Accounting is a plus
