Mobile Game Designer (GDD & Monetization)

Vincell Studios is looking for a creative Game Designer to build engaging mobile experiences for global audiences. You will drive the design process from initial concept to release, focusing on innovation and user retention.

• Transform high-level game ideas into detailed concepts and well-structured design documents.
• Design and iterate on innovative gameplay systems, social mechanics, and monetization features.
• Create wireframes, flowcharts, and clear GDDs for new content and game mechanics.
• Collaborate with artists, developers, and testers to maintain design vision throughout production.
• Monitor and improve user experience, engagement, and retention metrics.

• Proven experience in conceptualizing and designing mobile games for iOS and Android.
• Ability to create detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) and wireframes.
• Strong understanding of game economies, monetization, and social mechanics.
