NPD Assistant & Process Coordinator

Basik Innovation Llp is looking for organized and result-oriented professionals to join our Head Office in Goregaon, Mumbai. We are hiring for New Product Development (NPD) and Process Coordination roles to support our growing manufacturing operations.

• Coordinate NPD activities from concept to product launch.
• Manage workflow systems, project trackers, and MIS reports.
• Liaise between Sales, Factory, Purchase, QA, and Marketing teams.
• Prepare pricing sheets, SKU masters, and product presentations.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure cross-departmental communication.

• Graduate or MBA preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in Product Management or Operations.
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Experience in consumer durables or manufacturing is a plus.
