Venus Estate is looking for energetic and target-driven Pre-Sales Executives in Salem. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential property buyers, qualifying leads and coordinating site visits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective buyers from provided leads.
Present project details, amenities, and location advantages.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the field sales team.
Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM daily.
Meet daily call targets and conversion goals.
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in real estate tele-calling or pre-sales.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle high call volumes.
