Join our team in Varkala as a dynamic Procurement Specialist. You will oversee the complete purchasing cycle, ensuring high-quality material sourcing and timely delivery for seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate reliable local and international vendors.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
Manage end-to-end Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes.
Track shipments and resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
2-5 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong knowledge of industrial and local supplier markets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and ERP software.
Excellent negotiation and English communication skills.
