Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Staff to handle our daily administrative operations and database management. This is a golden opportunity for freshers to start their career in a reputed management services firm with a stable day shift.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the employee database with high accuracy Support the recruitment team by screening resumes and scheduling interviews Assist in the onboarding process and conduct orientations for new joinees Resolve employee queries regarding payroll and company benefits Prepare MIS reports and presentations for the senior management team Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate internal meetings Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and standard procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Standard or PUC pass certificate Must possess Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Proof Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Candidates from blue-grey collar industry background will have an advantage
