Helius Technologies is looking for a hands-on Program Test Manager to lead major banking initiatives. You will define end-to-end test strategies and drive automation excellence in a Microservices environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Define and implement end-to-end test strategies and automation frameworks for major banking projects
Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to provide leadership during project delivery
Establish metrics and processes for regular assessment and improvement of Test Engineering
Manage defect resolution, conflict management, and facilitate technical decision-making
Create agile delivery plans for testing and track progress across scrum teams
Requirements:
Substantial experience in Test Leadership with hands-on knowledge of Cards systems and Modules
Strong understanding of QA practices: black box, white box, performance, and regression testing
Technical proficiency in Web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, JSON) and Microservices architecture
Proven experience in building and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks
Expertise in Core Banking, Payments, and Customer Management domains
