Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and convert them into potential sales opportunities
Analyze client requirements to suggest the most suitable real estate projects
Organize and conduct site visits with customers and coordinate throughout the closing process
Establish and maintain robust long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
Work in synergy with major developers and internal sales teams to hit monthly targets
Provide end-to-end guidance to customers in their property buying journey
Requirements:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality
A genuine passion for sales and face-to-face customer interaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Educational background or interest in real estate is a plus
Freshers are welcome; previous sales experience (0-5 years) is preferred
