Bullmen Realty is looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our growing team in Noida. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for the property market and closing deals, this is the perfect role for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generating new business opportunities and identifying potential property buyers
Conducting needs analysis and explaining property details to interested clients
Maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders
Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth deal closures
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve individual and organizational targets
Staying updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the real estate industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
Possession of a personal vehicle is required for site visits and client meetings
Comfortable working from the Noida Sector-125 office location
