Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and generate housing loan leads through direct outreach and channel partners
Conduct customer meetings, profile assessment, and document collection
Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and DSA partners
Ensure timely file submission and closure of loan cases
Achieve monthly disbursement targets while maintaining quality
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
2-4 years of experience in housing loan or retail loan sales
Strong local market knowledge of Kanpur and surrounding areas
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Target-driven attitude with self-motivation
