Meyome Farm Resorts is looking for a dedicated Reservation and Booking Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. You will play a key role in managing guest relations and ensuring a seamless booking experience for all visitors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage incoming booking calls and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently.
Provide detailed guidance to guests regarding resort properties, packages, and available facilities.
Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate seamlessly with the resort operations team for guest check-ins.
Maintain organized records of bookings and detailed customer information.
Deliver exceptional customer support to ensure high guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and professional demeanor during phone interactions.
Fundamental knowledge of computer operations.
A positive, polite, and welcoming personality.
Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
