Store Manager for Polar Bear in BTM Layout

Polar Bear is opening a new location in BTM Layout and looking for an energetic Store Manager to oversee daily operations. You will ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, and efficient staff management in our fast-paced café environment.

• Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency.
• Supervise and train store staff to maintain professional standards.
• Oversee inventory, stock management, and basic P&L reporting.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve queries.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
• Coordinate with management for smooth store functioning.

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B or retail store operations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in handling staff.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and P&L.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
