Senior AI Systems Engineer (Solo Lead)

Join FTC Relocations as a Solo Technical Lead building autonomous AI business infrastructure. You will own the entire AI stack, working with high-performance local hardware like RTX 5090 in our Bathinda compute lab.

• Deploy and optimize local LLMs (30B-70B) using vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and quantization (GGUF/GPTQ).
• Architect autonomous agent workflows using LangGraph and LlamaIndex for self-correcting automation.
• Design production-grade async FastAPI backends and integrate with Telegram/WhatsApp Business APIs.
• Implement MLOps pipelines, including Docker containerization for GPU workloads and Prometheus monitoring.
• Establish security protocols for prompt injection defense and multi-tenant data isolation.

• 3+ years of professional experience in Python (strict typing and production-grade code).
• Hands-on experience serving local LLMs and managing memory/context limits.
• Mastery of RAG architectures and vector databases like Qdrant or Weaviate.
• Solid understanding of Linux server administration and Docker multi-stage builds.
• Willingness to work strictly in-office in Bathinda, Punjab.
