Senior Architect (B. Arch) at Indore HO

Aka Consultants is looking for a seasoned Senior Architect to lead architectural projects at our Indore Head Office. This role requires a professional with over a decade of experience to guide construction from concept to completion while ensuring industry standards.

• Analyze architectural designs and plans ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
• Supervise Junior Architects, assign tasks, and conduct skill enhancement workshops.
• Communicate design requirements to builders, electricians, and technicians while updating clients on project status.
• Prepare building models, structure plans, and blueprints, incorporating client feedback and environmental impacts.
• Manage projects within specified budgets and timelines, including regular site inspections and mockup sessions.

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, industry regulations, and government codes.
• Excellent leadership skills to supervise junior staff and coordinate with on-site technicians.
• Proficiency in creating detailed structure plans and presenting project briefs to clients.
