RSM is looking for an experienced Senior Counsel to manage legal operations in India. You will provide strategic advice on labor laws, corporate governance, and commercial contracts within a global professional services environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on Indian employment and labor laws, including hiring and disciplinary actions.
Manage corporate secretarial compliance under the Companies Act and regulatory requirements.
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
Partner with internal stakeholders on Data Privacy (DPDP) framework implementation.
Support India Legal Leader in governance presentations and risk management strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law and Company Secretary (CS) credential.
8–12 years of post-qualification legal experience.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and corporate secretarial processes.
Experience in a professional services firm or multinational organization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
