Grazitti is looking for a Senior Legal Manager to lead our legal function and define strategy across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage complex SaaS agreements, corporate compliance, and intellectual property matters while mentoring a high-performing legal team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement legal strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee drafting and negotiation of MSAs, SaaS, and vendor contracts.
Manage legal matters across IP, employment law, and global compliance.
Lead and mentor the internal legal team.
Handle regulatory filings and coordinate with external counsel.
Requirements:
7–12 years of core legal experience in corporate or IT sector.
Strong expertise in SaaS and international legal compliance (USA, Canada).
Proven track record in contract drafting and stakeholder management.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Leadership experience in managing legal department operations.
