Senior Operations Back Office Executive

Join MAN INVESTMENT SERVICES PVT LTD as a Senior Back Office Executive. We are looking for experienced commerce graduates to manage critical business transactions and operational reporting in our Mumbai office.

• Handle end-to-end back office operations and business transactions.
• Manage data entry, MIS report generation, and billing processes.
• Coordinate emails, correspondence, and document scanning/storage.
• Verify loan documents and ensure safe keeping of important records.
• Perform vendor payments via online/offline RTGS and NEFT.
• Execute data reconciliations and assist directors with assigned tasks.

• Graduate in Commerce or Management stream.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar back office or operations role.
• Proficiency in English language and professional correspondence.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Email management.
• Ability to work from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm at the Andheri West location.
